I know I haven't been posting much lately. Work is completely stressing me out. By the time I get home to my computer, I just don't have the mental capacity to string coherent thoughts together for meaningful posting. Where did my summer go?
I spent most of today at the district orientation for new teachers. Of course, I'm not a new teacher, but I'm new to here, so they still want me at these meetings. Stash culling
Now that my sewing studio is getting close to being finished, and the prospect of moving my stash from my mother's office to my own space is a bit harrowing, I've decided that it's time to get tough with myself and get rid of some of the fabrics I just don't think I'll ever get to. Wow! I sew.
I spent most of yesterday running errands and doing housework. However, my cotton organdy also arrived, so I threw it in the wash right away. That meant that I was able to start working on the corded petticoat today.
