Where did my summer go?

I spent most of today at the district orientation for new teachers.  Of course, I'm not a new teacher, but I'm new to here, so they still want me at these meetings.  The first part of the day was somewhat useful since they spent a lot of time talking about the district focus on equity--where they're at and what they are

Hey....want some company on Tuesday? I need to get back into the sewing swing of things. Right now it is small projects for me so they are easily portable.

Also, sorry for hogging the Netflix Wives & Daughters. I have been so darn busy! But I only have one more episode to watch so I'm almost there. And I am enjoying it WAY more than I thought I would. Still think the styles and hari are too silly for me. But I don't think that they totally suck now.....
