Ok, so maybe you already gave me a birthday present, maybe you didn't. But here's what I'm asking for. One of my church leaders gave me this idea a few years ago and I never actually did it... Ok...so if I had to pick just one, I'd probably go with Bad Day or Iris...but Bad Day's probably more for me, so I'll go with Iris.

This is really hard! Before I announce my song, I wanted to let you know that I didn't look at the invitation to your birthday party until after it had already happened! Lol. So I'm sorry I didn't go; it would have been nice to see you!

There are two reasons. One is that I remember we were doing that RATUS (Rock Around the U.S.) thing in fourth grade, and we were the oldies group, and then you told us that you didn't actually like oldies but you wanted to be in our group anyway. LOL! Well, this is an oldie, but I think you'll like it because it's so fun. And that brings us to reason number two: this is such a feel-good song! Maybe it's just me, but it just puts me in this contagious good mood. So I hope that this is a good choice for your CD!!
