Your touch was inviting with your smile warm. And your heart seemed intrigued, like your wanted to be born. Your kiss felt safe and your words convincingly sincere. I wanted to be within reach. I wanted to be near.

The usuals were gathered around the watering hole tonight. It was a smaller than usual group, which gave it a more intimate feeling. I began to really miss you as everyone paired off.
