I have a $29.95/mo plan with Cingular, but I got a message that they're going to start charging an additional $5 + tax because I have old TDMA equipment. I asked them to waive the fee, but the person I spoke with said that they won't. All of their new plans are $40 and up, and all the nice phones have cameras, which I also don't want because
