I was hoping to see some sort of reaction to 1996, and Mulder reacting to a woman in his apartment who was escaping the bombing of London, but otherwise great stuff. I love the alien line.

Thanks for reading! Those are excellent points, and I had more about that stuff in there, but it disturbed the flow of where it needed to end up. I figured that Susan's seen enough weirdness in her day to cope for a few minutes.

As to Mulder, his assumption is that if aliens took her, there could be any number of explanations for her age. Time travel or faster-than-light speeds.

But those are really good points. Thanks for bringing it up.

Well, I can't see them meeting up again. But I seem to have started a non-explicit line in the Pevensie childrens' ambivalent relationship to sex, so if anything else comes up, I'll post it with my previous Lucy/Tumnus bit at fanfiction.net.
