the weather
It is a beautiful blue, sunny day - 26 degrees acc to my kitchen thermometer. It's warmer outside.
And there is homemade lemon curd and marmalade in the fridge.
So happy -

Hurrah, the fco no longer advises against 'all but essential travel to Lebanon'
Not that it makes much difference, but it's nice to know anyway.
Life has been busy. And fun. I'll write about it later. Maybe. -

I had totally forgotten about lemon curd... until, that is, the nice lady at the B&B in Yorkshire put some down in front of me on the breakfast table...
And I thought "yum" for quite a long time, then felt sad that you can't get it in Lebanon, then remembered how easy it is to make...
And now I am eating freshly-made lemon curd (on toast).
