A/N: This is something different for me. When I started writing this long long ago I intended for it to be a one-shot, but as my track record shows, intended one-shots never turn out that way T__T. Because I feel the story is choppy and more like scenes of life, rather than a continuous flow of events, I decided to use this type of format. I will be posting the story in groups, sometimes two parts at a time, sometimes four of five. I hope ultimately in the end... it will make sense XD

Present Day
Glass litters the carpet, a sparkling trail in the middle of the room like the road to OZ, a path of treacherous love, bonded down by suffocating addiction.
An alarming vision of sanity, lost in madness.
A vase streams water along the carpet in wasted discard, flowers wilting and dying in red reams along the floor.
The air is thick with pain, humid in sour sex and unrepentant addiction, enticing in silky seduction.
Yoochun lies curled against Changmin's clammy chest.
Changmin's fingers trace the faint bruising around Yoochun's eye.
"I think we should break up," he whispers, words filled with sorrow and regret. He winces in pain while Yoochun shifts above him.
He feels the burn of his tempting lips on his shoulder and the heat of his body moves away as Yoochun sits up. He feels the loss of it immediately.
Changmin's eyes follow as he looks around at the destruction. Changmin touches the small of Yoochun's back and it elicits tingling prickles under his own skin.
When Yoochun turns around and looks into his eyes Changmin feels like he's suffocating.
"I'll leave first."
And he kisses him goodbye.
