"What's it like?" Changmin asks while they fold laundry.
Yoochun turns a little sad; Changmin can see it in his eyes.
"Each drug is different," he finally musters his answer and reaches for the pile of clothes on the bed. He takes a deep breath and opens a drawer, his shoulders a little too tense and Changmin knows he's remembering it and feeling its loss.
"Heroin is indescribable," he begins to talk slowly. "You feel it the moment you push it in. It's the greatest feeling in the whole fucking world," he closes the drawer and turns back and looks him in the eye. "Like everything is perfect even the air feels better. It's like you're flying and you never want it to end. But," he takes a moment, "Every time after your first hit, it never feels the same way."
Changmin wonders if that's so, why people become so addicted to it. "Then why keep doing it?" he asks him. When he's drunk it feels the same as the last time, the one before that and the one before that.
Yoochun smiles sadly, "because you hope every time you do it again, you'll get that feeling back," he sits on the bed and Changmin crawls over to him.
"How bad do you miss it?" he lays him down onto the pillow and Yoochun curls into him in a trance.
"A lot," he answers, picking at his collar and Changmin runs his fingers through his dark hair, kissing his cheek. He almost feels sorry for him. "But I'd miss you a lot more, so I deal."
