i was in my bed by like 1 something i think..  but this temporary crown bs has me tossing and turning like the poor man in Don't Wake Daddy!  I've been to the dentist 2..3 times now to have the sucker glued back on..  but the pain seems anywhere but where it should be.. like in my ear.. and down my jaw! wtf man! wtf!  .. oh well, it's almost gone i
