...Pre-emptive Apologies?
Okay, so, as anyone who has played with Reborn at all, or read his threads might have noticed. Reborn kind of. Does stuff. Without permission.
THIS I'M NOT WORRIED ABOUT. Reborn probably won't inflict serious damange on anyone he's in no way involved with. I really don't count chalking people in the forehead as a big issue. A lot of you are perfectly nice, wonderful peple he'll never lay a hand on, others of you are not-so-nice but smart enough not to give him too much shit and the OTHERS I'm perfectly willing to deal with on a case-by-case basis. I AM HAPPY TO SAY I DON'T THINK I'VE HORRIBLY STEPPED ON ANY TOES AS I WAS TOTALLY EXPECTING TO \o/
But! Uh. I've only been playing Reborn for like. What. Two and a half days? And. ....I'm. I'm noticing a trend.
Reborn plots. A lot. Reborn is a natural manipulator. Reborn has NO REASON to not manipulate you if he feels like it, as he has no conscience. With SMALL STUFF this isn't a big issue! But sometimes it's larger stuff! Sometimes it's "Reborn wants you to try to kill his student so he can test him" or "Reborn wants you to join the mafia and doesn't really care if you don't like that idea". These MANIPULATIVE PLOTS pretty much always relate back to the mafia in some way, and for the most part I don't expect any major issues from the Reborn Cast and Crew because uh. They know how Reborn functions. (THO IF THERE ARE ANY ISSUES, EVER, POKE ME. I WILL NOT RIDDLE YOU WITH BULLETS).
But for the people Reborn decides to manipulate? Hahaha. Uh. THAT CAN BE ANY OF YOU. So far he hasn't been pinged by anyone I was expecting him to, and I just sort of let him go!
So just... pre-emptively? If you talk to Reborn he may decide he wants to USE YOU FOR SOMETHING. This will likely start going into play without me noticing half the time (The manipulation part, not the you doing something part). IF YOU EVER FEEL UNCOMFORTABLE OR DON'T WANT TO DO WHATEVER PLOY REBORN IS TRYING TO STEER YOU TO AND I DON'T NUDGE YOU ABOUT IT FIRST, NUDGE ME. PLEASE. This also applies to "If I start initiating a plot the mafia cast doesn't want to do". I will just, conveniently distract Reborn or have him move onto something bigger and better or whatever.

ICLY. LET ME TOP YOU AND BEAT YOU INTO THINGS. OOCLY, NEVER EVER FEEL LIKE I'M TRYING TO DO THAT.
And, as an additional note? I originally wasn't planning to have Reborn recruit for the mafia while at camp, since we all have our own canons and our own goals and futures and drives etc. But. There is no IC reason Reborn wouldn't recruit =D He's PERFECTLY OKAY WITH DRAGGING YOU AWAY FROM YOUR HOMEWORLD AND BACK TO HIS FOR THE GOOD OF THE VONGOLA. If you somehow end up getting recruited, don't feel obligated to be like, a 'cast member'. A good number of the famiglia that Reborn gathers in the manga aren't really AROUND that much, it's just assumed they will be there should Reborn need them for something. They also aren't always loyal to Tsuna. Or. Even aware they're in the mafia. Yeah.
