i've had one of those "you've already made up your mind about the end of this relationship so what is there left for me to say" situations. and then i ran away in the rain...and he chased after me to try to get me to tell him he was making the right decision.

I may not know this guy but I DO know for a fact that he is not worth such intense pain! You have lot's of other people who care about you and you shouldn't lose sight of that reality for one guy. I also suggest this book to you and that you do some positive things for yourself (manicure, pedicure, massage, other similar stereotypically enjoyable female activities)
