i'm not one for box opening and arrival shenanigans. it's satisfying enough to know that he's sitting here on my desk in my office, everything intact, no two right hooves, and no missing s hooks. sides, i don't have a camera on me.

Yes, you can do MSC UV Cut over normal MSC without any problems.
Keep a sharp eye on humidity, though - before I actually learned patience, I ruined a couple of perfect faceups by spraying in 80%+ humidity.
