Johnny Weir press conference

So Johnny gave a press conference today in Vancouver (4:00 PM PST if anyone wanted to know the tiny details) and while we're still waiting for the press conference to be uploaded to icenetwork.com, the blogs are already coming out with information from the press conference. So diplomatic, it really surprised me. When he speaks about the announcers, his words may seem polite, but they sounds very queen-like. I love the way he keeps his head up no matter what.

Even people who hate him have to respect him for his demeanor and behavior toward things like that, he gets the message across without ever lowering his standards to do it

The media is always going on about all of the outrageous things he says, I wish they would pay more attention to the times he says sweet things like this.

Oh they do, they just gloss over it, mention it very briefly, and then go hunting for dirt on him again. It's sad, really, he's this marvelous person
