First and foremost, of course, Miles is her "little brother". She's very protective of him, in her own sort of way - she'll always be the one to show him the stark truth even if he doesn't want to see it. It's all for the best, really. 'ziska knows very well that Miles is perfectly capable of taking care of himself, but that doesn't alter the fact that she could do it better >:(
She's not heartwarming, but she does care a lot for her brother - he's probably the only person she loves, in the most basic definition of that. Franziska will look out for and protect Miles, even if he's his own worst enemy.
Franzy can get a little petulant around Miles, which is another clear indication of her odd sort of affection for him. When he one-ups her in an argument, she'll pout then whip him, instead of just resorting to violence immediately
( ... )
Ok, just from their most recent discussion, 'ziska finds Zechs to be slightly less foolish than most others. He didn't start whining when she was asking questions, nor did he shy away from the facts. Also, he got bonus points for agreeing in a non-cowering way.
She'll likely see him as a very competent subordinate, even though they're the same rank. Everyone but VK is a subordinate, as far as she's concerned; some are just more foolish than others.
ONE THE ONE HAND. He is happy. Franziska does not like cheery people >:( She also thinks he might be sort of spacey and gives him narrow-eyed WTF looks when his back is turned.
ON THE OTHER HAND. He's. not annoying :| He's cheerful but not obnoxious and poor 'ziska isn't quite sure how to deal with that. They would probably have relatively civil conversations, since Sun Ce has enough charisma to even influence Franziska. She gets sort of flustered around him, mostly from frustration (of the WHY ISN'T HE PISSING HER OFF WHAT IS WRONG >:(! variety).
Oh, he's quite certainly spacey, and probably deserves the occasional WTF look. But he tends to be pretty easy to get along with unless he decides to be obnoxious, so he's glad to hear he's not rubbing her the wrong way or anything...even if the lack of haet confuses her XD
