"You cold Abbie?" Landon asks, and without waiting for an answer he takes off his school jacket and drapes it around her shoulders.
Abbie rolls her eyes. "I wasn't. But thank you."
He grins boyishly and shoves a peice of dirty gold hair out of his eye. "Well y'never know. It could turn cold any moment now."
"Right," Abbie replies. "Its a perfect day. Sunny and warm."
Landon raises and eyebrow. "Don't be so sure about this, it could rain." He glances above Abbie's head and chuckles.
Abbie looks up and sees a waterbottle about to spill its contents on her head. "Landon!" She laughs and hits his arm. "Stoppit."
The waterbottle slowly lowers itself to the ground.
Landon grins again and leans in to kiss her.
Abbie kisses back, happily.
Then it all goes black.
It stays this way for a few seconds before images find their way to Abbie's eyes.
A pregnant girl, alone in an alley, crying, shivering, despairing. Her hair is wet and Abbie can't see her face.
Written along the wall of the Alley in spray paint are the words Imbued must die.
Abbie can't tell if this has anything to do with the girl or not.
The vision disappears and the sun suddenly blinds her. She's in Landon's arms and he's looking at her curiously.
"What did you see?" He asks.
"You can hear it when I tell Tim. I dont want to say it more then once."
He sighs and nods, taking her arm and starting to lead her towards Tim's house, where they both happen to be living. "We'll go there then."
