Do you put up decorations for the holidays? If so, when do the decorations go up and when do you take them down?decorations will go up as soon as i return home from a good, peaceful time with the family during the thansgiving holiday. i've got a tiny silver xmas tree i'm so ready to goth out

i'm so excited about xmas decorations!!! they warm my heart, i've never put up decorations in my own apt since i usually go over to my parents house to spend the holidays, but this year i'm putting up lights! and i'm going to make a garland for my door lol~ that's my craft project for tomorrow. maybe i'll get a little tree thing but i don't really have a place to put it hmm
i guess xmas decor should come down before new years? or after new years day to keep the spirit of festivity going.

i think decorating is a lot of fun! good luck with your garland. i made my own wreath using dollar store decorations that i'll put up. :B

i think it's perfectly okay to keep them up till after new year's day. longer than that and you become That Guy

D'AAWW that's so cute about your sister. I'll be headed home for Maryland in a few weeks and really hope my parents get a tree before the 24th. XD;;
