once upon a time i had a sprouting sweet potato that i took from a friend whose neglect had made the sprouts rise from this root vegetable.

here he is right here in his youth.

I love that site, apartment therapy. Ultimately, it depresses me, but it's so inspiring. I love dried plants too, easy to care for, haha. Bamboo is really easy to care for. That is something that is quite manageable.

apartment therapy can indeed be inspiring, especially now that the small cool contest is running, but so many of the homes featured are obviously from people who have lots of money... which i don't.

bamboo... huh. i'll look into that
