[It had been three days after certain events took place involving himself, Nephry, and that disgusting little whelp. Dist was still sore that he didn't get a chance to put a bullet into that urchin's head, but there were more pressing matters at hand. He could have very well lost and arm, or bled out if a major artery was cut (and it was by pure luck it wasn't), and Nephry could have lost her life before he even...

Later, toward the evening, when the sun was casting a golden glow on the trees, Dist makes a message to the only person he knows that will be able to help with what he needs.]

Professor, I need to speak with you. As soon as possible, if you could. I have something very important I wish to discuss with you.

[So far, Gelda has been blissfully unaware that two of her students had been attacked. That's why Dist's message catches her by surprise. She isn't certain what sort of thing he would want to discuss with her. Whatever it is, it sounds urgent and that leaves her worried.]

Of course, Saphir. Should I come to your house?

[Dist pauses for thought, actually considering her question. He sighs, then shakes his head to himself. No. No, he doesn't want anyone to overhear his plans; it wasn't any of their business. And he especially didn't need Nephry concerning herself with this, especially when she was injured...]

It'd be less of a burden if I were to converse with you elsewhere, actually. I hate to intrude, Professor, but may I meet you at your house instead?

[That comment strikes her as odd. "Less of a burden"? Is Saphir still attempting to avoid his housemates, or is this about something so serious that he does not want to risk being overheard? Perhaps even both?]

Of course you may. My door is always open for you, Saphir.
