H... hi. I'm a CFUD lurker, but... but Sims-ing pings me SO HARD.
If you want to keep your sims from getting fat all the time, this is the best hack ever: No Eat Crap. Basically, if your sims eat while their hunger bar is 100% green, then their fitness level drops. So if, say, they get "full" in the middle of a meal... they will finish it anyways, and get fatter. And whoever serves a meal will take a plate and eat it no matter how full they are. This hack makes it so that as long as they have a certain number of active points, (like 4, I think?) they'll only eat until they hit that "full" point.
I know using hacks sounds kind of iffy, but I have used this in my game for forever and I love it.
