under the box where you type on the update page, there is a small link that says "rich text." click that and wait for the option things to show up at the top. click on the picture of the little boy and put in the url of wherever you found the pic. (to get the url, right click pic, click properties, and it is the "address:"). hope that helps. :)

oh yeah, and, if the pic is not online (if it's only on your own computer), upload it to a website. i recommend onepic.com

You dont HAVE to use rich text, you can just use:
<*img src="picture URL">
(without the * of course)
