I love perogies. I usually buy them frozen boil them until they float then pan fry them and season with seasoning salt and Cayenne pepper.
I make a dipping sauce from mayo and bbq sauce mixed together to make a nice creamy dip and they are a delicious snack! 

I'm definitely not claiming the fame to making this recipe myself, like so many amateur

Delicious 5 Minute Fudge

Ingredients:

1 2/3 cups granulated sugar
2/3 cups Evaporated Milk ( I use 1 can of Carination evaporated milk- it’s a bit more than 2/3 cups but it makes the fudge creamier)
2 tbsp butter

Ingredients:

1 tub of Philadelphia Garlic & Herb Cream Cheese

½ bottle of Frank or Dave’s (local to Halifax) or any hot sauce (mild, medium or hot)

2-4 cups of extremely finely chopped chicken breast

1-2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions:

Spread the tub of cream cheese on the bottom of a cake pan, or pie pan.
