I went to see Fiona today which I thought would be the last time. But it isn't I have three more appointments now. We discussed my anxiety and I have a few exercises to try and get over it, I have this relaxation CD and we discussed hypnotherapy which I think is extreme but whatever. i'm well boring though mate.
and rachel hates me because I never work
and sam gets annoyed because when I do work i speed off ahead of her.
its a win-lose situation really :'(

i'l proably be there for the rest of the as course, you are stuck with me.
