Drill weekend was very much a success. It seemes to me, and to ohers, that there is a new sense of excitement. Friday night we arrived and had a meeting which went very well and seemed to have gotten everyone on the same page. Saturday, we drilled fairly hard and got a lot accomplished. We broke the drilling up by having three 30 min workshops
