From where I stand at Apple I can see the guy at the NexTel kiosk playing Solitaire, watching Family Guy and surfing MySpace all day. If you work at a phone (or computer, haha Dell) kiosk then you're a tool and you don't deserve sympathy. The ladies accosting women to try nail polish, a ring, a neck massage, makeup, perfume, etc. are the ones I hate but feel bad for how you mentioned. In that regard, guys have it pretty easy when it comes to strangers talking to you.

Dell has kiosks? Who would buy a computer from a kiosk? Lame.

It seems like they really could make better use of the space than to have annoying people trying to sell you cheap crap. Maybe my memory betrays me but I don't remember kiosks being around in malls before cell phones became regular household items. Then they opened the flood gates.
