I've been thinking about all the people I'm going to lose touch with at the end of this summer. The only kids I ever see anymore are either kids I knew in 10th grade like Joel hoover and Brad, or kids from shows like Mike Juliana and Hillary ( Read more... )

your life doesnt have to take place in richmond it can take place wherever you want it, you just have to make it happen. we wont lose touch, with you atleast, you're one of few i will try not to lose. you can always come see me in philly, we have two hundred couches for you to sleep on. <3

Yeah, it's just going to be weird living in a college town with no car. I can't even imagine being immobile at this point. let's get some kids out to IHOP sometime.

i feel loved because you named me in your entry when i don't even read your lj (until now!)

on another note, losing touch, to some extent, sucks. but it's also healthy and allows an even more extravagant reunion come reunion-time. it happens to most people who leave the immediate dc area for school, but they come back, the usual response is "WHOA HOLY CRAP CHECK OUT HOW HAPPY EVERYONE IS TO SEE EACH OTHER!" and all that jazz.

but hopefully i will see you prior to the big fat holidays post-summer because i need to make trips to richmond in the fall, so, we'll have to rendez-vous.

also, speaking of seeing people, i'll see you tomorrow, i hope.

HEY DUDE!

Usually I'm skeptical whenever anyone gives me any advice for some reason, because seriously, what do they know?

But this actually made me think about how all the kids I knew in high school are hanging out with me again this summer, now that they're back from college.

So maybe it won't be so bad.

I'll see you on or before monday, since I was in a bind last night. Maybe at the author show?
