And for your information Anh, Slowpoke is SOOO much better than Psyduck.
If you're going for a water/psychic base pokemon, Starmie is the way to go. With it's genderless role, it can't be attracted or what not. And it's special attack and defense stats allow it to sweep entire physical teams very well. It's speed is nothing to laugh at either.
Combine that with Ice Beam and Thunder Bolt and Starmie is the one.
Psyduck on the other hand has less defense than than slowpoke. Despite it's speed however it still doesn't have the statistical advantage of slowpoke. The only thing it has against slowpoke is perhaps movesets. But that still doesn't matter. Slowpoke is better than psyduck. And out of the water/psychic based pokemon, Starmie wins.
HOWEVER, a Starmie VS a Slowbro would be a very nice matchup. But I also think that Starmie's thunderbolt abilities would let it win hands down.
