So, my ipod was broken and I had to bring it to Future Shop, so that they can send it to apple fdhyskf. and then they couldn't fix it, so they're just giving me a new one. it's a green nano, but my computer won't recognize that's it's plugged in, therefore, I can't put songs on it. i'm a little extremely frustrated.

i feel your pain,
we sent in my ipod and it came back in japanese, and then when i managed to change it to english, it didnt work....
future shop needs some serious work on their ipod department.

Mine is all scratched up and stuff. It's a Video IPod, I want a new one, like a black one and I want a protecter over it, and I know I'll only get one if I smash it against the wall... but they'll probably not give me a new one with my luck.

move all your music into a different folder, then remove your itunes and download either the disk from the new ipod or the latest from the website, and restore your ipod. thats it.
