I liked the show alright, and TNG was definitely a part of my childhood, but I can't, say, name the movies in order and give plot summaries like my crazy Trekkie roommate. Because if so, please tell me you've seen the Star Wars Rap. It's one of the funniest things I've ever seen and I will fall out of my chair laughing if I watch it, even though I have seen it a million times.

I fall into the category of Trekkie, as I have fond memories of watching episodes of TNG when I was a kid, and a love for Avery Brooks that borders on the Homoerotic. (definitely the best captain)

The new Star Trek trailer looks awesome. AWESOME!!! Zachary Quinto is so hot, he should be outlawed. and correct me if I'm wrong, but I think James Kyson Lee as Sulu will be hilarious, since he has probably spent a lot of time with George Takei on Heroes.

Also, that 5 seconds of Simon Pegg? Seriously exciting. Not sure how I feel about Karl Urban as Bones though... seems kind of weird.
