I am being really vounerable here...and pretty much putting my emotions on a platter, and maybe the person that this is to will never read this...but at least I know that I wrote how I felt, and sent it out into the world

hey! WOW..that was really sweet and very mature of you to actually admit that BOTH of you have been wrong. Kim i have been in your shoes before and i know all too much of how you feel. He was your first love and that guy that you loved and someone who will always hold that speacial place in your heart..to bad that mine happened in 9th grade..it took me 4 years to realize who i am and how much more i deserve and that i can and will be okay without him. i am not saying by any means that i regret all i went through because it made me the person that i am today!! BUT...if there is anything i can tell you is to LET IT GO!! i pushed away alot of great guys in hopes that one day "HE" would come back around...and now all i can say is what could have been!! yeah..we did eventually get back together...but it will never be the same! your first love is new and and it teaches you how to love...but once there is so many mistakes and a past to it..then you cant change it and in the past is where it needs to stay..YOU are a great and girl and so many

Well...this is the second time i've read your journal and they all seem to be about the same person. "The Person". If you're looking for advice, I'll give you mine. If not, then disregard this. It seems to me that you WERE in love with this person, but that, now, you are just looking for someone else and just missing the old boyfriend because you haven't found anyone else yet. I know this sounds corny, but free your heart from this person. I'm not saying don't be friends or that you will stop loving him, but you need to make yourself happy and the only way to do that is to FREE YOUR HEART! You will find that PERFECT someone.... you just have to let go though. You will find him when you least expect it and when only God knows. He WILL guide you through everything! And when you find that ONE AND ONLY, it will be wonderful. So my advice to you is, simply free your heart and let God take control...(p.s. I should probably take my own advice) :)
