Character Name: Tia Harribel
Character’s Age: Harribel's age is not stated in the manga or anime. Physically, she appears to be somewhere between mid twenties and mid thirties (I am horrible at guessing age, okay), she's likely very old. Bleach treats centuries like years at times.
Fandom: Bleach
Timeline: At the point of death.
Appearance: Tia Harribel is a terribly well endowed, voluptuous humanoid woman. Her skin holds a deep tan though her eyes are green and her hair, eyebrows, and eyelashes are blonde. On the tall side, Tia possesses impeccable muscle tone, and is largely unconcerned with modesty. The jacket on her Espada uniform is shaped in such a way that it covers up to the nose on her face and down to top half of her breasts, as well as her back. She also wears her hakama low enough to expose a generous portion of her hips. Said uniform is in black and white (of course). The jacket hides a white mask, similar in appearance to bleached bone or rough porcelain, that strongly resembles a grinning skull from nose down. The mask extends from the tip of her nose to her nipples.
Yes, her nipples.
History:
When a gigantic great white shark begins to menace the small island community of Amity, a police chief, a marine scientist and grizzled fisherman set out to stop it. Personality: Unlike most of the Espada, Harribel is a cold, calculating sort of person. Despite the fact she is shown, in majority, fighting, she does not lose her calm until one of two things happen. First, her Fraccion are killed. This is significant in the fact that Harribel (aside from Nel) is the only member of the Espada shown to care for her Fraccion. While her calm breaks at this point, it is largely shown through her stating she will kill Yamamoto for doing so, as well as internal monologue. The loss, however, is not enough to cause Harribel to lose her head, and the Tercera Espada only renews a more violent attack than before. The second time she loses her calm is when Aizen betrays her, stating that the Espada aren't even useful as sacrifices. This angers her well enough to strike out at (what she believes is) him in a rather forward manner. The attack is direct and without strategy, solidifying her value of loyalty with how her tranquility breaks when loyalty is discarded. Other than these too incidents, Harribel never loses her cool, impassively ignoring an attempt at riling her from Nnoitra in an earlier scene, and fighting Hitsugaya calmly despite the young captain's prickly nature.
While largely terse and prone to as few words as are necessary to communicate, she displays an odd tendency while fighting Hitsugaya. Odd, but prevalent. Throughout the fight, she routinely questions the meaning of his actions aloud, to him, presumably. This fusion of analysis and what appears to be taunting oddly mirrors her treatment of her Fraccion in an earlier scene where she explains it is natural to fear the sight of two Espada fight. The connotation in this instance is largely instruction, yet nothing changes about Harribels body language or tone between the two scenes. Undoubtedly, this is largely to do with the respect Tia Harribel shows others. While that respect does not extend as far as expecting her opponents to be on her level, it does mean that she doesn't assume she will easily win. If she taunts Hitsugaya at all it is only through the sheer repetition of her questions.
That same respect is present in her meeting with Baraggan. While she does not bow to his wishes, and refuses his service, she doesn't strike until she is provoked. The only person she kneels before is Aizen, after he has saved her, as well as her Fraccion. Beyond respectful, Harribel has also demonstrated little desire to seek power for herself. As she herself states, she would rather work with others to survive than to grow stronger. A statement which is incredibly significant for a Hollow of her magnitude to make, given the fact there was a time where no growing stronger would have meant the end of her.
For all her power, in fact, Harribel prefers non-violent means. Not to the lengths of Starrk, but she would rather walk away from Baraggan than fight him, rather wait for orders than launch an attack herself. Neither does she escalate the fight with Hitsugaya until he has proven he can withstand her initial attacks.
Powers/Abilities: Harribel is the third ranked Espada in Aizen's army, and posesses spiritual pressure so immense that she is forbidden to release her zanpakutou and inside the dome of Las Noches as doing so would destroy the fortress itself. Along with sheer force of reiatsu, Harribel possesses extreme skill with a blade. She was able to hold her own against two Vizards as well as a Captain of the Gotei 13 who was also a prodigy of swordsmanship. She is also ambidextrous. In addition to these capabilities, her nature as arrancar and one of Aizen's Espada gives her the following powers:
☀ Hierro - Harribel's skin is so hard she could probably take a blade from anyone OTHER THAN AIZEN, Starrk, and the people that could defeat either, without getting cut. As she's too badass to be in a position for this to be necessary, this remains to be seen. But. If Ichigo couldn't cut Ulquiorra without the Getsuga Tenshou, and Harribel outranks Ulquiorra...
☀ Pesquisa - Harribel can tell by looking at an opponent what their skill level is as well as estimate how long they can maintain their current level of combat. She can also tell when someone's holding back. This + persistent, calm, unnerving questions about motivation = unnerving.
☀ Sonído - Sonido is a form of superhuman speed that arrancar use. When used, while it appears almost to be teleportation, Tia actually moves between point A and B faster than the eye can see. In addition, Sonido use produces a kind of static boom.
☀ Cero - In addition to the Ola Azul, Harribel can fire a blast of energy from her blade that is a powerful weapon. This projectile, unlike other Espada, can be made to follow the arc of her sword swing, causing the attack to have a very wide shot.
☀ Garganta - Harribel can tear away the dimensional fabric between the living world and Hueco Mundo.
☀ Tiburón - Like all arrancar, Tia carries a zanpakutou. In its sealed state, her is a short, unusually wide broad sword possessing a single edge and with a distinctive hollow in the middle of it. The handle is purple and the guard as wide as the blade. Three small holed on each end of the guard serve as grips so that Harribel can unsheathe the sword while it is worn on across her shoulders. In addition to the normal properties of a blade, Tiburón has a few capabilities of its own:
☀ Ola Azul - Harribel can gather her reiatsu in the hollow of her blade in order to launch it as a projectile at her opponent.
☀ Resurrección - By invoking the release command "Destroy" (討て, Ute), Harribel can release her zanpakutou. Doing so changes her appearance as well as seemingly fusing Tiburón to her right arm as well as causing the blade to grow drastically in size as well as resembling the tooth of a shark. When in her Resurrección form, the blade on Harribel's arm is longer than her legs. In this released form, Harribel's speed and strength increase immensely, and she gains the following capabilities:
☀ Water Manipulation - In this form, Harribel can create the water necessary for her other attacks through the gills on her blade.
☀ Hirviendo - Harribel is capable of boiling water that come close to her (including sublimating ice) and deflected excess water or ice around her.
☀ La Gota - She is capable of firing multiple blasts in rapid succession of condensed water.
☀ Cascada - Harribel can unleash a torrent of pressurized water capable of covering several city blocks.
Limitations: Aside from her swordsmanship and hand to hand combat, which will not be limited, Tia will not be as strong, quick or tough as she once was. Though she will be able to perform her Ola Azul technique without tiring significantly, a cero will exhaust her for two days time. The strength of all her techniques will be halved, with her sonido and hierro likewise lessened. As far as her resurrección, she will only be capable of holding it for five minutes. After that she will revert back to her standform and be wholly exhausted. Use of any powers beyond that will be impossible, and it will take her a month to gradually work her way back up to normal. Obviously, Garganta won't be possible.

Log/Third Person Sample: She remembered pain. Not the edged pain of the blade slashing into her, nor even the wear of dogged fighting. The pain was emotional, the crumpling of her ideals as she watched her Fraccion die, unable to save them. Of the words Aizen-sama spoke before he cut her down. To think that all of you would fail me so miserably.
The pain was something she hadn’t felt in a very long time.
But the wind whipping past her as she fell through the sky stripped the immediacy of that pain from her, ripped out the heart of it and cast it off into the hollow darkness like everything else in Hueco Mundo. After all, what was she but a sacrifice? A noble sacrifice to a misguided cause. Just a waste of Aizen-sama’s effort.
Her fingers twitched. She couldn’t see the ground she plummeted toward -- presumably, no pit being bottomless. She could recall how high up she’d been, or when she’d black out. She had. She was sure of it. She hadn’t hit, but that was all she knew. Not how long she had left, or what building she would land in. Harribel needed to move, and she knew it, needed to swing her legs down and brace for impact But her body wouldn’t listen.
Would she fade before she hit? The detached consideration rattled in her head, loose and without answer. Should she have faded already? Surely by --
It wasn’t concrete that she slammed into, but if you fall from high enough, water is just as hard a landing. The violent splash of water it sent up barely registered. It was the brief spray on her face, the liquid chill flooding in against her skin that first broke through the overloading smack of impact. Hierro had saved her life, but it could not hold her awareness in tact, the world flickering and winking out as she sank into the surf.
It came back in similar fits, though they slurred together more, and damp as she was, sand sticking to her skin and kelp tangled in her hair, it wasn’t awareness that she wanted right now. Her body ached in a way she wasn’t familiar with, an overriding throb that seemed the only heat in the cold expanse of sand she lay on, that clung to her. Her fingers twitched out again, but she couldn’t feel or see their movement. Sand scraped against her hollow mask as her head shifted against the sand.
The tide still lapped against her legs, but it took long minutes for her to feel it. An hour for her to brace hands under her and push up enough to move her head, an eon to raise her head, to look out with bleary green eyes at the outcropping of human homes before her.
"Dad-a-chack?" The strange, clicking voice asked, and Harribel let her forehead fall to the sand again. Either not caring, or unable to move enough to look at the creature that made that sound. Many segmented legs scuttled across the sand, but she cared nothing for the inquisitive clicking, the brush of a claw.
