I am tired of hearing about the consciousness of poverty.. that Latin Americans are stuck in this endless wheel of societal mistakes... do we not remember that perhaps that the wheel originated when unwelcomed visitors came without knocking at the door? that they keep getting new visitors with promises of "development" which is really just a bunch
