[ This one has been having sleep problems too, busy thinking about how she actually feels towards Souji and all that jazz. So she decides to take a walk and see if that would help.

She spots Ryoji just as she walks into the main part of the mall, and as it's late at night, she's wondering what he's doing. So she approaches, slowly, of course. ]

You look rather troubled.

[Sits up and rubs at his eyes before he looks over at Naoto. Tries to smile a little.]

... I do? Ah, sorry ...! Didn't expect anyone else to be up this late at night.

[ She tilts her head a bit, blinking. ]

There's no need to apologize. It's not as if you've done something wrong.

[Rubs the back of his head awkwardly]

It's just a habit ...

[ Mm. An angsty Thanatos. She can sense that from miles away. The winged figure approaches him quietly, and once she's close enough, her arms wrap around him tightly, pulling him into a small embrace from behind, saying no words at all. ]

[ We're not Erebus. Or Nyx. Don't worry about it, Death. Though, you have a worried Miwako on your hands, causing the embrace to get warmer. ]

[Is squeezed and so leans back into the embrace.]

[Is slowly passing out. You'll have to try harder than that, Castor!]

You hear a high-pitched whine. Aww come on.

[Stirs awake at that whine.] Huh ... ? Oh. What are you doing here alone, Castor?

[Dude. It's like midnight or something. And I was sleeping. Really, he was. Until he woke up and realized you didn't somehow migrate from the other side of the room to be on top of him again. Also? WHERE IS MY COMPENDIUM. THANATOS. And there would've been more HORRIBLE VIOLENCE occurring to your person if you didn't look so damned emotastic right now.]

[But that won't save you from Angry Assistant Mode, no way. So here we are, midnight in the mall, looming over you with a completely lineface stare. Ahem. Your reasoning? I would like to see it B|]

[Thanatos is so out of it right now that he doesn't notice Orpheus looming over his person at all as he rests on the Compendium. Clearly, his reasoning is that the Compendium makes an excellent pillow. Instead, he just makes a miserable sigh noise from between his arms.]

[Hm. He's fine with that. Maybe you're so out of it you'll do that thing where people monologue about their problems when no one's around, which ironically enough is right when everyone and their mom is eavesdropping. Either way, he'll be glaring holes into the back of your head until either A) You notice, B) You say something, or C) He gets bored.]

[And you know he's far too stubborn to ever let C happen.]

[For a moment it seems like he's about to fall asleep... Except his body jerks out of it at the last second so he won't.]

No, don't fall asleep ... [Wait, why is there a presence behind him...? He freezes up and grips onto the Compendium.]

Oh man, your valiant efforts to rationalise your dreams is attracting one (1) God of Sleep from way across the Mall.

We're coming out of the shadows now, wide-awake, eyes glowing grey slightly. "Dreams are fickle things, you know."

[Tilts his head a little so he can look at Hypnos through one eye.] ... Yeah. Still ... The same dream so many times?

"Particular people attract the same dreams over and over again."

Floating next to you now, and points at the big-ass book. "That...belongs to Orpheus, am I right?"

Well, it's more of a nightmare than a dream. It makes it so I can't sleep a lot of nights now...

[Sits up and holds the book to his chest.] That's right. It's the Compendium.
