Yello! Today was a very windy windy day. It's winter coming through for a visit. I woke up at 3am last night and had to bring in the laundry cause the wind was gonna blow our underpants all over Takamatsu! That woulda been funny ( Read more... )

How utterly depressing anonymous November 7 2006, 12:53:03 UTC
Kids are jacked no matter where they are at - but that place sounds like it breeds out the weakest in the worst possible ways. Sorry bout the riceball in your optical region as well, the only thing I can tell you to relate is that things like that cross all job boundaries. It was maybe four or five months ago we had an OD 20 something male four point restrained with leathers to a stretcher and when this ER nurse Jim came in to check on him, he actually squirmed around to point his rear end at Jim and forced feces from his ass. Jim was later witnessed at the Time Machine punching out for the night saying, "I went to school, got a 4 year degree in a prefessional medical area of study, help people get better when they are at their sickest, and I have to go home and tell my wife someone actually tried to SHIT on me at work." Keep the positive thoughts going - hopefully that kid will be fine.

Fun with food in Japan.... anonymous November 7 2006, 19:41:14 UTC
Sorry for your trouble with the bad child! I'm sure your teacher pals were all duly horrified when it happened. That's why they went to the kid's house...very serious. I'm sorry you had to cry too. It's a real day wrecker. Maybe you should get a little pin or pendant that looks like rice, and let them know that you ALREADY HAVE food on your clothes, and you don't need any more...

Kids all over the world are having the bully trouble. It's rampant in the US too, although I don't know how many suicides there have been. I remember when school used to be fun! And sure, we had some bad kids, but not like they get today.

We're having a little Indian summer here for a few days. Highs in the 60s by mid week I hear. Did it get colder when the windy wind came through? I'm glad you were able to save your clothes. Lucky you woke up!

Hope you have a better week, dear. Keep us posted on the progress of your little charges...

Love, Ma
