16. Do you belong to any cosplay groups? If so, what are they?
Nooooo way. I'll join a one time group with friends every now and then, but becoming an "official" cosplay group is just asking for trouble in my opinion.
17. What events have you cosplayed to?
Tons. Really. I've been going to a few cons a year since 2003. XD AnimeNEXT and New York Comic Con are the ones I do most frequently (though last year was my first time actually cosplaying at NYCC)
18. What is your best cosplay memory?
I'm gonna be lame and say I don't really have one. I guess the moment I met every one of my cosplay buddies is a "best" moment for me, since it was the beginning of many more future awesome moments!
19. What is your worst cosplay memory?
Aha.. my cosplay kind of fell apart at Katsucon 2007. That was disappointing, but a good learning experience. I tried to be Vaan from Final Fantasy XII... a costume I would definitely like to remake one day. Some guy yelled across the hall how awesome I was, though, so that made me feel good I guess. And the actual con itself was really fun, so I can't complain too much.
20. Have you won any cosplay awards?
No, I don't really have any desire to compete in cosplay. I am a firm believer in cutting as many corners as I possibly can and being completely lazy when making my costumes. XD If someone put together a reeeeeally good skit I might be persuaded to join, but I'd probably skip craftmanship judging if that was possible. I don't attend masquerades anyway.
21. Show us your best cosplay derp photo!
Oh my god, I have so many. The last Gintama shoot I did was entirely derp photos. We actually forgot to take serious ones, no joke. XD I'll spam with a few, so prepare yourself for my ugly mug.

22. Have you worn cosplay in a regular situation? (eg. at school, to work)
I know some people do, but don't they find cosplaying exhausting? I know I do. At cons and photoshoots is enough for me. I wear pieces sometimes... like my Izaya rings.
23. Your most expensive cosplay
Demyx, cause I bought the coat. Haha. I was working overtime almost every week so I just splurged on the nicest one I could find.
24. Your most comfortable cosplay and most uncomfortable cosplay
Comfy would be... Hibari! Can't beat thrift store cosplay. XD Actually, I'm so lazy that a lot of my cosplay falls under this category...
Uncomfy would be... either Sister or Takasugi. Sister gets really hot, especially in the summer. I was actually wearing it during the Otakon evacuation last year and had to take it off after walking, like, three blocks. It was awful. I never got any really good pics, but here's one of me making an awesome derp face with Jesus. XD Hopefully my friend can finish her Maria costume and we can take some pics together.
Takasugi... well, the bandages really do mess with my vision. I've walked into door frames and stuff before, lol. It also takes me a bit to recover my depth perception after taking them off, so that's annoying. And, when it's finally 100% complete, I'll have to wear about 20 yards of fabric and try to not hit people with the katana poking out of my belt while having half my face obscured... XD It's more cumbersome than I originally thought.
25. The cosplay you put the most effort into
That damn sitar... >.< Got so much sunburn working outside on it. Also found a kitten, haha. And Takasugi involved is a LOT of tedious painting... that I'm only halfway done with.
26. Any unfinished costumes? Will you ever finish them?
I don't know if I will ever finish Kazama Chikage from Hakouki... I really do want to, but my Gintama obsession has kind of taken over. Maybe one day...
27. How many wigs do you own? Which is your favourite?
Like... thirty? More? It's a lot. My favorite is my new Hijikata wig. It needs a little more styling, but I think I look pretty good in it. (my least favorite is my young Hibari one...) And any wig from Arda Wigs. They are fabulous.
28. Where do you work on your cosplays and where do you store them when they’re done?
I move my sewing machine around the house. Basement, dining room, my bedroom... wherever there is enough room. I don't have that many cosplays, so my closet works just fine. From where I am sitting I can see Takasugi and Izaya hanging, hehe. My wigs are stored in a box under my bed and my fabric and props are in our storage room in the basement.
29. What is your favourite cosplay item? (eg. a pair of shoes, a wig)
My Masamune eyepatch or my Hibird. The eyepatch I made myself from leather and I think it just looks pretty good, and my Hibird is adorable and an actual tape measure, so you can't really beat that combo. XD
