you know what really sucks?? The Canadian high school music program is COMPLETELY a biproduct of both the American and British band programs.
But don't worry...us MusEd majors are looking to change that!

you know, i firmly believe it's ignorant fucks like that, that start wars and perpetuate discrimination... they are the perfect example of "the American" (sad that you encounter them here, though), who thinks that America is the center of the world and the location of the most highly developed people on the planet.
