i love my aunts had a great wedding last september and i was a bridemaid and i loved it.
hey people are in love get married. i said hey i don't care who you are love is blind.

So, to toot the same horn as almost everyone so far - I too think there is no question here - of course it should be allowed. Believing in a religon is fine, but if you believe to the point that you can't question what you believe or why you believe it you have gone too far. I think the only reason there is a controversy here is becasue people are afraid of change - and thats not entirely bad, it keeps us from making stuupid rash changes sometimes - but what is better is recognising that that is what it is, rationally considering what you are afaraid of ( in this case: not enough children being born? not enough people avaliable for others to marry? I don't know) and think about if that is a likely consequence of the actions you are proposing (allowing same sex marriage). In this case, I feel there are more than enough children in the world so thats not an issue - in fact it may support the case for same sex marriage becasue allow homosexual marriages may increase the number of children adopted into loving caring homes.
