2 Lg Shrd Wht Bisquits + 3.5oz strawberries
1.5 C Van Almond Milk
Coff / Water / T sorghum

LUNCH:
Morning Star Corn dog
1oz Crisp Veggie Chips

SNACK:  Lara Bar (pecan pie flavor) / 5 plums / Date nut roll with coconut

DINNER:
Dk green salad mix + cucumber & radish +
FF Ital dressing, 1tsp olive oil, squirt of lime.

I love whole-wheat pasta. Obviously, part of the reason it's so filling is the high fiber content, but I also think the rich flavor makes it more satisfying. It tastes like something substantial, whereas regular pasta, as much as I love it, is more neutral.

That dish sounds so tasty!
