Not true. Did they even *ask* any women about how they get aroused? I've totally been physically, intellectually, and emotionally attracted (all at once) to guys I know would be no good for me.
Are they really talking about "female intuition" as a serious scientific concept? Do they not know that FF.net is *not* a site specifically devoted to erotica? That's like calling Netflix a porn distributor because they will rent you an NC-17 movie....
And where do they get the idea that fanfiction is primarily romantic? Have they never heard of genfic? Or of PWP? There is plenty of nonromantic fic, both entirely g-rated and explicitly sexual.
