Baffling how hard it is to find decent pretty!writer!boy/the Jew of BoB. I do know the names. I will not use them because those are also real people names. Icky. I had my fair share already. Shallow wildly insensitive me is here to stay. Joy.
Not the point! The point is - where did people get all these Ds ideas?! Or the cruel, sadistic thing? Or the self-hating, guilt-ridden thing? Not only is it not fun but also absolutely wrong character-wise for BOTH of them! Shown character. In the show.
I understand some kind of porn had to be written. I'm grateful this pairing was considering there were both more obvious and way less obvious ones to play with but really. What is this stuff I'm reading or rather not reading because it's not good!? Out of whole fucking fichunting I got like twenty stories - most of them rated 01 for "barely" - and maybe one epic if I'll ever feel like getting through it despite raging character issues.

On the other hand, as I can never stop myself from looking from another perspective (seriously - screw that) GK also devolved into the weirdest porn. So did SGA. Maybe there's just something about uniform that brings out Ds and character issues. Until GK I would never have said there even was such thing like too much porn! And I went into it straight from DC and SPN.
I also have problems with Winnix and the way they are written but that one is hard so I'm way softer on writers (and have 28 stories. None really good. This fandom is decade old! Where is all the awesome, awesome stuff hiding?) who can't get close to original.
Show itself shown a lot - I myself am convinced fun stuff was not shown before the lake scene - but behavioral narration of the kind presented here does not translate well into text. "Not enough" turns into "way too much" and that just laves bad taste.
I'm going to go cry some moar.
ps. Why wasn't this a problem in GK? The narration thing I mean. It should... Oh! Brad was actually depicted as sensitive SOB so I was able to buy his inner monologues. 'kay.
