I'm minoring in Art History. If you want art in the forefront of your life, then do it! Go for it! :D

Is Art History fun? I needed an AP class and my stained glass teacher who is also teaching it said i should just take it...

It's fun if you already find art history interesting. Do you like reading and writing about art and artists? For the AP exam, you will also be expected to memorize specific dates, time periods, mediums, names, etc. in order to be able to write responses to the slides on the exam. I am doing better in college art history classes because it only focuses on one type of art in a certain time period. For AP, we had to learn everything from ancient to modern so it was harder and less interesting.
