Ones again I was stupid enough to read a story on Midnight Whispers that did not have much summary.
but it seemed OK until chapter 11 when it without a warning turned in to M-preg!!
I DON'T WANT TO READ FIC*S LIKE THAT!!!
I know that some of you do like to read them and that's fine.
But If you write something like that please write it in the warning ( Read more... )

*pets* That sucks.
I don't mind m-preg if it's well-written but it absolutely should be warned for, right along with major character death.

So who got knocked up? :)

Justin got the honours to be the carrier.
I really don't like m-preg so it was the last sentence I read in that fic.
I don't understand why its so hard to write a descent summary and warnings. Its not the first time on MW that I get something totally different then what I was looking for.

I'm sure she thought it was a delightful surprise, LOL. (Although now that I think about it, I recently read a story where Justin apparently got knocked up but then it turned out to be a nightmare.)

Surprise!death-fic is even worse. I think some people are afraid that if they warn for no one will ever read their story but if I'm tricked into reading death-fic, it will absolutely be the last thing by that writer I ever look at.

This happened to me a lot. It got to the point where I won't read a story unless I see a summary.

I have had that experience with MW so I usually do not read fics there unless I have been recommended or there is a proper summary. But I was bored and It looked interesting, well never again.

It's actually a good story, but yeah if you like that sort of story, which I do. Not to be mean though, but I'll point out that the categories listed, the first one says "Mpreg" on the main information for the story.

I am totally with you!
I can hardly stomach male preg. in Harry Potter, where at least they have the excuse of magic, but male preg. in QAF reads like crack!fic to me. The condom broke???? Ugh ( ... )
