It's been almost a year out of High School, and so many f friends havent changed. They still ive in the same party timeframe. Why was it just me who changed? Why don't I always jump at the chance of going to a party

i told you stuff changes after high school. life is so different when you have to grow up. high school is such a sheltered place. sometimes it was easier there and sometimes it wasn't ... but that's growing up.
o and hi!!!! long time no talk. how a doin sweetie?
I moved out of that party time frame really easily. I know how you feel, to move on, and watch yourself passing others by.
And I know how you feel, missing the people you talked to in HS.
The only people I dependantly can ever speak to from HS are Skilly and Lisa, they're the single people that I still keep in contact with. All of my close friends like you, sarah, and everyone else all seemed to drift away. It's only them. Do you know how sad that makes me? Sooooo sad!
But it's okay. Because things happen the way they do for a reason. And no matter how far we drift apart, I want you to know that you're always going to be my Cesi. =)
pffttt high school kids are stupid. parties are stupid. everything is stupid. theyre stuck in their own little world where they care nothing more than socializing and possibly creating relationships with those who wont give a damn about them. i dont believe you should be sad for anything; some (not all) of these people hardly have any substance.. therefore it will take them a while to grow up. you've grown into a women that has some sense of direction... these kids.. i'm sorry to say, will not end up the way you are. i'm proud of you.. immensly.
high school wasn't always as easy as you say now...lol...I still have ALL the letters you ever wrote me...and so many them talked about how hard school was and how much you just wanted to give up...how the only reason why you were still in school was for your friends and drama....
it wasn't always so easy... but now you have moved on to bigger, more challenging things...
I never went through the "party" phase... while you and everyone else was out partying, I was at home doing homework or whatever....
I wish we all hadn't drifted so far apart from eachother... there are soo many things that I miss about all the things we used to do together....
anyway, I very happy that you have turned into a "grown up"... but do me a favor, okay babe? don't grow up completely.... know when to be serious and "adult" and know when to go out and have fun... don't lose all your cesi-ness....
