let me clear this up. i bought i cd that was damaged during shipping. it was not used by anyone. therefore my argument still stands. and yes id rather have a cd that was dropped in japanese water than some sort of used piece of crap.

what about the cds i burn you? i used them first. and then i burned you a copy. and if i burned them for you, i probably listened to them on the way over to your house. thus, they were used.
