excellent! I chose the right one... I had 3 study aids at the bookstore and went with the Kaplan one.. It seems really helpful so far, and I've only skimmed it for an hour or so.

Thanks! and yes, those stupid analogies are ridic.

dang i must be a slacker compared to all these people. i studied the week before haha. the vocab is pretty much useless to study for. there are like 3500 words that could be on there. learn the prefixes and suffixes it helps a lot.

as far as the math just look at the math tips & trips in the study aides that you got b/c they show you short cuts to everything & helpful way to solve easy problems since you're not able to use a calculator or anything.

thats what i did and i did really well on it!

hahahahah yeah and shed make people go up to the board and do a problem even if they didn't know how to do it and theyd just stand at the board.

The vocabulary part was the worst. I barely studied before I took the test and did very well on math and analogy (before there was a written section). I'm not a math whiz and hardly studied, but did very well on the math. It's relatively easy ( ... )

er, RANT, not grant. Apparently, I didn't learn how to write at grad school either. :)

yes yes, I also agree that with an undergraduate degree in print journalism, there's virtually no reason to go to grad school, unless its for teaching...or if you had an undergrad degree in something completely different. I wouldn't be going to grad school for journalism.

Well, as long as that's straight. Who ever knew I'd be against people furthering their educations? When did this happen? I blame IU!!!

(I did buy a very nice husband though)
