EX-GENERAL BACK FROM DEAD

SEPHIROTH has been sighted just outside of Sector 4 late last evening. Nobody was safe from the ex-General’s late night attack as Sephiroth was reportedly seen slaying innocent Edge citizens. Eye-witnesses to the attack described the scene as pure carnage as the monster worked his way through the area. One such victim was the head of BioFuse, Aurelius, who was brutally attacked by the madman and was in a critical condition with severe body wounds as paramedics rushed her to Edge Hospital. Doctors worked on the humanitarian aid worker until her condition improved. She is now listed as being in a serious, but stable condition.

People are in outrage over the continuous attacks on Edge of late. With the reports of Sephiroth’s return fuelling their outcries, the people of Edge are demanding to know just where is AVALANCHE in this time of need. “How many more people have to die before something’s done about it?” Jonathon Ferry asked Broken Edge reporters. “We’re dying out here man. There are people getting killed left and right and monsters roaming out streets. What more does it take? Another meteor crashing down on the planet?”

Sephiroth’s return has also been linked to the reports of ordinary citizens becoming non-responsive and leaving their homes and loved ones. During the attack in Sector 4 last night, The Broken Edge received calls of loved ones acting strangely before they left their homes and headed in the direction where the late General was rampaging. Eye-witnesses report that those affected by these strange events were ‘non-responsive’ and followed the commands of ShinRa’s ex-General as he ordered them to attack innocent citizens. “I was so scared; my brother just stopped laughing and left the house. I tried to pull him back, but he was too strong.” Natalie Barany broke down in tears as she confided to Broken Edge reporters. “He just got over his addiction to M-PIV and now this? He doesn’t deserve any of it.”

Specialists on the case say this could be another epidemic similar to the Geostimga disease outbreak from two years ago and are urging citizens to immediately seek treatment if any symptoms are present.
