What: Sephiroth, Barret and Vincent mosey their way over to ShinRa to speak personally to Rufus about ‘borrowing’ a laboratory.
It had taken a little longer than expected to make his way back towards the ShinRa building. The two pieces from those women were still impaled on the end of Masamune - which was fortunate. The most annoying aspect about the whole process were the two trailing behind him, but at least he could use their presence as an excuse to moving slowly so his body could begin repairing the damage caused in the earlier battle. Fortunately his wound had stopped bleeding more or less, but he still wasn’t exactly in any condition to begin fighting again - not if he didn’t want the wound to reopen again.
He kept his movements quick, Sephiroth eventually found himself just across the street from the new ShinRa establishment. Pausing to glance up towards the building’s top, his eyes narrowed subtly in disgust. Never in his new life did he think he’d ever return back to this place without burning it down, but it seemed that the new Shinra fool might actually prove useful to him. He needed to know the weakness behind these women, and he wouldn’t take no for an answer.
“I suggest one of you going ahead and requesting an audience with that Shinra brat.” Sephiroth murmured before glancing back over his shoulder towards Barret and asked with a smile, “Unless you’d prefer for me to use my methods of persuasion?”
