Ah one of those times I wish I understood Japanese! I imagine the Japanese fangirls are even more hardcore than we are since they've got Arashi in their faces 24/7.

I really don't understand this "Ice Age" people are making a big deal out of. I honestly think the two of them just GREW UP but that's me ;)

I'll try to post about all of the interesting things that go on there :D

Hmm, grew up and grew apart, then grew back together? I dunno, but I don't have any Sakumoto pictures (out of almost 300) from when Jun was in Hanadan....maybe that's something about the "ice age"? Though, I do have ones from the first AAA and Aozora Pedal, which was right in the middle...

I just figured that they had work schedules that meant they weren't able to be together a lot. Like during Mago Mago or D no Arashi and things. I never thought it was them actively disliking or being cool toward each other. I think they've always respected each other a lot and watching old episodes I never get this intentional distance.

I think comparing a Sakumoto "ice age" to the way Jin and Kame from KAT-TUN act(ed) toward each other is a lot more telling. It makes Sho and Jun look like best friends foreeeever ;)

I guess you're right, because Jun always tends to throw himself into his dramas from what I hear.
But, the touchy-feely stuff stopped, so maybe that's what fans lump together with the "ice age".

I have very little idea about anything kattun, so I'll take your word for it ;)
