((This is assuming Reno showed up sometime and they figured out he was indeed a ghost.))
I want you to tail Vaan. I don't believe this clone story for a second, and if anyone can do the job and not get caught, it's you. We need some way to figure out the motive behind these killings. I've also heard mention of some sort of device he's been carrying around with him..? The more information we can get, the better.
I meant that I was witness to one of the murders. I believe the man's name was Kanda. Regardless, I now know that Seifer Almasy cannot be trusted. Whether or not I can trust you...well, it's obvious you were not one of the attackers.

I could tail him, yes, but let's just say I have a bit more confidence in your ability to evade any sort of attack that might come your way.
The device in question was referred to as a "round, ball-like item" that Vaan seems to be rather attached to. I can't be sure it has any relevance to the case, but in this house I suppose one never knows. I feel it's best we cover all our bases.

Think of it more as you keeping an eye out for anything suspicious. That shouldn't be too difficult for you, should it?
Vaan is a boy of seventeen, with short, sandy hair and a tan that would lead one to think he spends a great deal of time outside. He tends to prance around in less clothing than some of us consider entirely appropriate. As far as where you might find him, well...his room will have his name on it, and as the attacks have occurred all around the house, I would assume he wanders about quite a bit.
Forgive me, I'm a bit on edge as of late. The truth of the matter is that I'm not entirely certain of how Vaan would behave that might be labeled as suspicious. According to his friends he's been acting "strange," and yet he's still managed several unexpected attacks.
Perhaps he behaves differently when alone than when he's with other people? Or differently when he's among those he knows are in league with him?
Simply put, Reno, this is exactly the reason I've sought your aid in the matter.
And what do you mean, you witnessed one?

Will you help us?

Kanda, huh? Don't know him or anyone named Seifer, but Vaan's the one that mentioned a lookalike.
What else do you know about this item?

So I'm keepin' an eye out for anything round, huh? [Sigh.] Better than nothing, but that's not exactly specific.

Tanned with scant clothing. Got it. Should stand out.
