It's an unwanted, permanent marking in a visible location on my person. As someone active under the public eye, it's entirely inappropriate for me to have something as vulgar as a tattoo.

Apparently our captors felt the need to mark us all with an unsightly tattoo on some part of our bodies. Mine wasn't immediately noticeable, so I'm sure you'll understand my shock when I was informed I had been given a tattoo, of all things, yet had failed to notice it in my discomposure.
